1. Nature of the Platform

JackpotRiders is a free-to-play social gaming entertainment platform designed for Australian adults aged 18 years and over. The Platform offers virtual card games, virtual slot experiences, trivia, and community features. All in-game currency ("JR Coins") is virtual, has no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services of any kind.

JackpotRiders does not operate as a gambling service. No real money is wagered, won, or lost on this Platform. We do not hold an Australian gambling licence because one is not required for our services. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as an offer or facilitation of real-money gambling.

2. Eligibility

To use JackpotRiders, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be located in Australia or be an Australian resident accessing the Platform while abroad
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from participating in social gaming under any applicable law

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. JackpotRiders reserves the right to request verification of age or eligibility at any time and to terminate access without notice if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. User Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Platform to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post or transmit content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software into the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts, servers, or networks connected to the Platform
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the JackpotRiders Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the "JackpotRiders" name and branding — is the property of JackpotRiders Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

5. Virtual Currency and In-Platform Items

JR Coins and any other virtual items on the Platform are granted to you under licence for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value
• Virtual currency cannot be sold, transferred to another user, or redeemed for cash or prizes
• JackpotRiders may adjust, suspend, or remove virtual currency or items at any time without liability
• You have no proprietary right, title, or interest in virtual items accumulated on the Platform

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including responsible gaming resources and community partners. These links are provided for your convenience only. JackpotRiders has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JackpotRiders disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, JackpotRiders and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual currency, or technical disruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law (including under consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.

9. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

JackpotRiders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Termination

JackpotRiders may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability clauses.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms. Before commencing legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any issue informally.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and JackpotRiders regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the same subject matter.
